  • 1. Membership Duration:
    This membership is valid for a period of 3 months from the start date. The membership will automatically expire at the end of this period, and any unused classes will be forfeited.

    2. Class Schedule:
    The membership will cover you for 3 classes per week. Members are responsible for scheduling their classes within the specified period.

    3. Non-Extension Policy:
    This membership cannot be extended beyond the 3 month duration.

    4. Non-Transferable:
    This membership is non-transferable and cannot be shared with or transferred to another individual. The membership is intended for use by the original purchaser only.

    5. Cancellation and Refunds:
    Due to the nature of this membership, refunds will not be provided for any unused classes or if the member chooses to terminate the membership before the end of the 16-week period.

    6. Class Booking:
    Members are required to download our app, "The Gym Howth," to book their classes. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance, subject to availability. We operate a 12-hour cancellation window; if a class is not canceled within this period, a class credit will be deducted from your bundle.

    7. Amendments:
    The Gym reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes that may affect their membership.
