Experience a tranquil Sunday evening with Aoife & Kale Sael. This 90-minute session combines Sound Bath with Yin Yoga, providing an opportunity to reconnect and revitalise. It encourages relaxation of the body, promotes an easeful breath, and fosters mental tranquility.
When: Sunday 19th January @ 7pm.
Where: The Gym Howth
In a softly lit space, accompanied by the soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, ocean drums, and more, we shall move through gentle yin poses, (yin - a slower, softer, more meditative practice compared to traditional yoga).
